NOTE:

4. Payment Terms:    a) Minimum of 5% of Total Cost must be paid to reserve an Allocation
b) A Provisional Allocation shall be issued if 30% is paid within six (6) months of the 1st payment, for construction to commence. HOME HANDOVER IS PROJECTED FOR WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF PROVISIONAL ALLOCATION.
c)  0.5% of home cost shall be paid monthly during the construction period, accounted as part of the payment installments, as an assessment of the subscriber’s ability to afford the home.
d) Subscribers who cannot meet the six month deadline may either opt for a more affordable home, or risk any inflationary price adjustments
e) The balance of the home cost shall be payable instalmentally over five (5) years (from the Hand-over date). FULL PAYMENT BEFORE OR AT COMPLETION SHALL ATTRACT A 20% DISCOUNT.  Any payment extensions shall attract specified and agreed charges.

5. EXISTING SERVICED PLOTS ALLOTEES ARE TO BE INVITED INTO THE PROGRAMME, PROVIDED THEY ARE PREPARED TO MAKE THE 30% DOWN PAYMENT. THEIR SERVICED PLOTS SUBSCRIPTIONS SHALL BE ACCOUNTED AS PART OF POST-COMPLETION INSTALLMENTS, PLUS A 10% DISCOUNT FROM THE HOME COST.
